The CCARS® trademark is a registered trademark in the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland under the number R.366260 and protected under the provisions of the Act of 30 June 2000 – Industrial Property Law (Journal of Laws 2001 No. 49 item 508, as amended) and other applicable legal provisions. All rights to the CCARS® mark are reserved and belong exclusively to its owner.

CCARS® applies a zero tolerance policy towards drugs and alcohol to all drivers using the CCARS® platform to provide transport services. If you suspect that a driver is driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, it is recommended to immediately end the journey and contact the emergency number 112 or 997. CCARS® provides transport services solely based on the availability of drivers, regardless of the geographical point of origin or destination, and regardless of race, color, national origin, creed, religious affiliation, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability, age or other characteristics protected by applicable law.
